Astrid E. Senior is a seasoned spiritual practitioner
and ordained minister. Her
healing methods embrace the techniques of Matrix in Harmony and Sould Body Fusion.She is also a
certified Cranio Sacral Therapist by the Upledger Institute.

Astrid was raised just outside of
Hanover, Germany and emmigrated four times (Luxembourg, England, Denmark and
USA), with her husband and her two sons and has made the necessary and
profound adjustments in each case, successfully re-inventing herself in
different and exciting career paths. Astrid
is firmly rooted in the corporate
world. She has an BA in PR and Communication. She owns a nationally known
Expatriate and Cross-Cultural Coaching firm, Twolippz. She and her family live
in the suburbs of Silicon Valley, California. They love hiking in the
mountains and golf. She runs her own organic chicken farm including 4 cats, 1
dog and a potbellied pig.
Her life's journey has taught her to 'do what it takes' to make things work and
this is one of the crucial elements which she offers her clients. She evolved from an eclectic
background owing to her life's journey and this broad exposure has made her
what she is today. ”The experience of having to re-define myself and
acquire and nurture a new identity in each of my new environments has been
one of the greatest privileges of my life, opening up unique windows for me
in spiritual and cross-cultural awareness and expanded empathy. But, most of
all, I have learned to see challenges and opportunities in place of problems
and difficulties, and consequently therefore grab life and make things work.” This is the single most valuable perspective
she will bring to her sessions. Astrid is fluent in German, English
and Danish and a member of the International Association of Healthcare
Practitioners as well as the International Coach Federation.
